5. Remote transactions is a transaction conducted in cyberspace, electronic media or other means in which the consumer is not allowed to inspect or come into direct contact with the product, goods or service before participating in the transaction.
6. Provide continuous service is the provision of services with a term of 3 months or more or for an indefinite term.
7. Direct sales is the act of business organizations and individuals proactively approaching consumers, introducing products, goods, and services for sale and providing to consumers, including the following forms:
a) Door-to-door sales is the activity of selling products, goods, and providing services at the consumer's residence or workplace;
b) Multi-level marketing is the activity of selling goods through a network of participating individuals including many levels and branches, in which participating individuals enjoy commissions, bonuses and other economic benefits from the sales results. own goods and those of other individuals in the network;
c) Selling goods not at regular transaction locations is the activity of introducing and selling products and goods and providing services at locations other than fixed retail locations of products and goods. , providing regular service.
