To collect debt by filing a lawsuit in court will take a lot of time and require a lot of legal paperwork. If you have tried negotiation or mediation but failed, according to Article 186 of the 2015 Civil Procedure Code, you have the right to file a lawsuit yourself or through a legal representative to ensure your rights.
To start a lawsuit, the plaintiff needs to prepare the following documents:

The time limit of a case shall be recalculated from the date the decision to continue the settlement of the case takes legal effect in case the case has a decision to temporarily suspend the case.
Thereby, the time limit to resolve a case will be about 06 months, if there are complicated problems arising, it can be extended to 08 months.
