Vietnam visa application service for foreigners

Visa or Vietnam Visa is a valid travel document for entry and exit issued by the Vietnam Immigration Department for the purpose of allowing foreigners to enter, exit and temporarily reside in Vietnam. Sometimes, for various reasons, customers cannot do the visa service themselves, they can use our visa extension service with benefits such as better understanding of the process, faster procedures and more convenient for work. 3. Working process and providing visa services for foreigners

- In case a foreigner is abroad and needs to enter Vietnam

- Foreigners need to apply for an entry permit sponsored by a company in Vietnam online or directly at the Immigration Department. The following documents need to be prepared:

+ Passport scan

+ Information on entry and exit dates.

+ Information about where to receive Visa: Embassy/Consulate or at a specific international border gate...?

+ For business purposes, additional preparation is required: Signature sample paper and business license of the sponsoring company.

We will prepare the application for entry permit on your behalf and submit the request to the Immigration Department. After receiving the entry permit, foreigners will apply for an entry visa at the Vietnamese Embassy or Consulate abroad or at the border gate or airport.

- In case a foreigner residing in Vietnam wants to apply for a visa extension or temporary residence extension

- Passport is still valid according to regulations
